Neighborhood

Our little neighborhood is a hidden pocket of homes right off of Shaw Ave near Fig Garden Village and Van Ness Drive (Christmas Tree Lane). Shaw is the main avenue through Fresno and Clovis and goes right by Fresno State and the Savemart Center, all the way up to Old Town Clovis and beyond. Our apartment is located right behind a private school in Fresno. An orange tree-lined street leads to the apartment. We are not far from Woodward Park, St. Agnes Medical Center, Fresno State, and the Savemart Center, and pretty centrally located to everything Fresno has to offer.

House Rules

1. Communication is key! To ensure a smooth experience, check-in time begins at 4 pm, and we kindly request that check-out is completed by 11 am. A late checkout fee of $50 per 30 minutes after the checkout time will be charged unless previously approved by us. Our office hours are from 8 am to 9 pm, so please communicate any inquiries or arrival plans between these hours. If you anticipate arriving after 9 pm, please inform us in advance.

2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 4 total individuals, after 2 guests it is $20 per person per night. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max. Guests must provide pet sleeping accommodations and must clean after them. No pets are allowed on the furniture.

3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.), please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess.

5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If our offering doesn't align with your expectations, please let us know your preferences, and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction. While unforeseen circumstances may occur, we will always do our best to ensure you have an exceptional time. With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
