"The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower. "

"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. "Property is a good size and was more than big enough for our party of 6 The only down side we found was the parking As we had a mini van, the width of the space to get to the parking at the side of the property was too narrow and therefore had to resort to parking in a car park at the end of the road at extra cost. Other than that, no issues and had a great stay"
