Our flight was delayed which meant we arrived late, but Arlina was on hand to welcome us to the apartment and also secured us some late night food with one of the local restaurants. "This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. Perfect for families. Owners are friendly and accommodating. It was a nice opportunity to talk to other guests, and lack of tv was a plus!"

"The apartment is in beautiful floral gardens. The swimming pool is fabulous. Location is quite and private. A short walk to the beach, tram and supermarket. Would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."
