Adorable cottage. You will not find a better direct view of Patoka Lake.

This is a one story cottage with a raw cedar interior finish offering incredible panoramic views of Patoka Lake. Perfect for enjoying the outdoors and each other. You will not find another place with a comparable view of this body of water. Take the short walk to the water's edge. Sit on the covered front porch with ceiling fans (discourages bugs) to be entertained by the activity of the marina and be wowed by Mother Nature's nightly artistry of sunsets. Spacious boat parking and only 1.5 miles from the Osborne Ramp. A little over 4 miles from Patoka Lake State Park Main Entrance and Patoka Lake Winery. 11 miles to French Lick which features a casino, golf courses, go karts, indoor water park, winery, and restaurants. We are just 25 minutes from Paoli Peaks and 40 minutes to Holiday World. Due to the unique rural location of this property there is no wifi and limited cell service. Depending upon your perspective, this can turn into quite a blessing!!

Amenities are above board Loaction Secluded no High Traffic Within the perimeter of Hoosier National Park & Forest 8800 acres of freshwater for boating skiing fishing birdwatching etc. Restaurant Food and Camping Supplies near by. Perfect Getaway

We loved the view and the sunsets. The cottage is a neat clean little place in a great semi isolated location. Cell service can be a little off and on, but we are usually looking to disconnect for a while. We would definitely staythere again.

The property was perfect for our little getaway! It was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The view was beautiful of the lake! The location was centralized for visiting both Patoka Lake and French Lick. Dan was prompt in getting back to us, whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for a fisherman.
The cabin was very clean and ideal for my needs. Parking is great for your vehicle and a boat. Couldn't use the carport as it was being used to store a couple boats, but that was not a problem. Close to Painter Creek boat ramp which is outstanding. It's a small cabin, but for a couple or just one person, it's perfect. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely amazing
House is beautiful inside and out, and so is the view of Patoka. Close to many ramps and not fair from French LIck. House is fully accommodative it has ALL the kitchen utensils you need, hair dryer and straightener, even binoculars and board games. LOVED the keyless entry. Our next trip to Patoka will definitely be staying here again

Weekend Getaway
The property was well maintained and very clean. The view of the lake was beautiful especially during sunset. It had a private and comfortable feel. We didn't miss the WiFi at all. I am an IT professional, and it was great to unplug from all that for a weekend. This was also greatly appreciated by my spouse as we finally had an uninterrupted weekend from my job. The surrounding area has plenty to do. We took in the Wildlife Safari and visited some of the local restaurants.

Perfect getaway
The location is perfect! The place is adorable and super clean. I was tickled by the things they had available in the kitchen and bathroom in case you didn’t have them yourself, that’s really thoughtful and caring. We were grateful it was so easy to stay here having brought a boat and there being room to park it. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect for getting away!
I rented the cottage for our daughter and her husband’s first wedding anniversary….they absolutely loved it! They live in the city so they thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view which is amazing.. We couldn’t say enough how nice it all was. Thank you!

Late summer weekend getaway at Patoka lake
This home is virtually brand-new, and is a perfect location for weekend getaways at Patoka Lake. The views from the property are beautiful and just a couple miles from 2 boat ramps. There is also covered parking for boat and trailers. The owners are great and very responsive to questions. We were very happy with our stay!

Cozy Cabin
The wife and I come down to Patoka Lake almost every year. We have rented Cabins all over the lake. We both agree that this was one of the cleanest cabin we've every stayed in.
