The well water is somewhat sulfurous. The town is nice and quiet, near the Hwy to OSH, GRB, etc. There's no real grocery store, so stock up before arrival. The CITGO station near the Hwy has a general store and SUBWAY.

"Our son’s wedding was in Fremont. This location and rental was perfect!!! It accommodated all of our family! Was a great place for all the guys to get ready. We really enjoyed the place!!! Would rent and recommend to others!! Very comfortable!"

"The house was perfect. Everything you would need is provided for. Spotlessly clean. Great and friendly host. How ever, while was listed partly correctly as being on the wolf River, it was not mentioned that the location is on a swampy Bayou portion of the wolf River. You can't swim in it. I had rented ..."
