There is an additional 3rd bathroom plus small room if required. The house has a nice front yard, with a white picket fence and plum tree. The backyard is beautiful and has a cabana for evening hangout. Backyard also has fig, pomegranate and persimmon trees where you can enjoy fresh fruits if you visit the right season.
