- 3 bedrooms with Queensize beds and all bedspreads provided.
- AC is available in this house.
- Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and cookware are in place.
- Home office with desk and chair.
- Speed WiFi and Smart TV
- Driveway parking and Plenty of street parking space.
- Washer and dryer are available to use.

but not the garage;
the owner lives in garage studio with totally separate space and private entrance, so no worries about safety.

1. The dishwasher is not provided, please clean the kitchen after use;

3. The hot water may need a few minutes when you turn it on.
4. The backyard is in process of landscaping and it is not available now.

Suited our purposes well
This was a great place to stay close to where we were working and much more affordable than a hotel would have been for the same number of nights. It’s a bit dated compared to other places I’ve stayed, but it was clean and cool in a quiet neighborhood and that was what mattered to us for this trip.
