Hotel is on the edge of the old city center with all the shops, restaurants and movie theaters that you could want. Room faced the street but was very quiet. Room climate control worked perfectly and also was very quiet."

"Had a delay in route to the hotel. Spoke with staff on the telephone explaining the delay in Italy and I would arrive very late that night. They put me at ease explaining there will always be someone available 24 hours"

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !"
