"The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests."

"I really enjoyed my two night stay at this hostel. The team at reception were really helpful and friendly. The place opened in August 2024 to at least 4* hotel level. Great cafe and bar on ground floor. The location is very central in the old town and directly opposite Vets concert venue. Provides- Bedding Towel Soap/shower gel Keypad locker I had a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower rooms were to an excellent standard. "Cute hotel. Very clean. We enjoyed the location ; not in the market but just a short walk and very quiet. 10minute walk to train station. Cute lobby with a small bar. Crisp white linen, nice bathroom with tub. Staff was very friendly. Coffee machine in lobby so you can enjoy coffee or cappuccino 24 hours. Didn’t eat at the restaurant as we wondered out if the hotel in the morning. Would definitely book again! "

"Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!"
