The Perfect Retreat
9 women stayed here for a long weekend, and it was WONDERFUL! We had plenty of space and the house was beautiful and clean. Janet is one of the best hosts - she was helpful and responsive. The little extras like saving a huge refrigerator and a well-stocked kitchen made this a five star experience.

Family Beach Fun 2024
The house was large enough to hold all 17 of us. The only thing lacking was a covered porch. It was nice to have all the cookware there - they only thing I took extra was a griddle to do pancakes on. There was beach toys for the kids to play with and we even added to their collection. Tropical Storm Alberto could not keep us from enjoying ourselves with our kids and grandkids!!

Great house for a group
This house is a comfortable location for a group get together. Very close to beach. Large kitchen and great deck. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is quite convenient. It has all the needed supplies. Also, the management company responded immediately to all questions. Lovely place for Surfside!

Perfect 4th of July
Our group had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect size to accommodate our large group of adults and children. We liked that it wasn't right on the beach (it can get loud at night with fireworks and fires) but it was only a short walk to the beach. The owners were very kind and quick to respond when we had a question. Perfect getaway!!!

Wanted time away to spend together at the beach and this did not disappoint. It might be nice to let renters know at booking how to access beach by foot and that car access, if desires requires a $12 pass. Otherwise the location and layout of the property suited us well!

Perfect for large family group
We all loved the location, easy walk to the beach - well equipped, clean, and perfect for multiple family group. Everyone liked having a separate bedroom and adjoining bathroom for each family - so much easier than dragging all your stuff in and out each time you used bathrooms shared by multiple people. We had some functioning errors, but the host replied quickly to make it right - great week!!!

Great vacation
The rental property was equipped with everything we could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful time in the beach. I was however, unable to make contact or get a respond to my messages from the property owner. It was a little stressful as our date drew near. Luckily, 6 hours before check in, I was contacted with instructions to enter the property. I would stay here again!

Perfect for our family
We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family. We had a grandma and grandpa and three adult children. Two of our children are married and brought their children. The rooms with the triple bunk beds was just perfect. Trust me, I looked for a long time to find the right house. The beach was very close and that's where we spent most of our week. We made some amazing memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Evolve!!

Bad experience
They are accusing me of stealing a part from the refrigerator, and it was gone when I got there . The place was not that clean when I got there too. The showers where not working they were like clogged , and the bedrooms they were dirty, and the beds were full with sand they were dirty, so was the fridge dirty not clean at all.

This was a nice unit. Very few hiccups.
This was our first experience renting a beach house - so I wasn't sure what to expect but here are my thoughts..... Pros: Close to the beach, the deck is very nice and the shower downstairs is handy and kept alot of the sand out. The fridge was HUGE and the appliances were up to date. The AC works well! Cons: Beds were hard and there was only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 16 people. Dishwasher doesn't clean very well and the water was yellow (we drank bottled!) and the closets were missing some bulbs. The gate needs some work and we had to wire it shut to keep the babies in. Not as a reflection of the house - but the area leading into Surfside is smelly with huge refineries. The area that the house is in does not smell but the scenery isn't pretty.

Perfect Beach Getaway
I took a group of 20 kids to this house for the weekend. The kids were all between 17-19 years old and the house was perfect for us. First, it was one of the cleanest houses we have ever rented and had all the items we needed to have a great weekend. The tall ceilings make it have a very open feeling and the doors, cabinets, furniture, and accents are all higher end products. The pictures on vrbo don't do the house justice.... It has a HUGE great room with a large kitchen and a very long table that seats 16 people! There are 4 bar stools at the bar for additional seating. The refrigerator in the kitchen is very large to accommodate food and ice for large crowds. The bedrooms are made to sleep 5 people in each one with lots of additional room to move around. All the bedrooms are made the same and have adjoining bathrooms. They also all have Direct TV in them as well as the huge tv and surround sound in the great room. The deck has seating for a bunch of people with lounge chairs and regular chairs/tables. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and lots of room to sit around under the house too. You can see and hear the surf on the beach from inside and outside the house. This house is wonderful with owners that respond very quickly to any questions. We will definitely be returning...

Great location
The area was very close to the beach the house was decent We had issues with brown water running out the shower head . The shower curtain was broken We saw roaches and spider webs on the ceiling . The bathrooms wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. There was no mops and they wanted us to strip the beds that was slept in and start a load of clothes for them . Why we had to pay a cleaning fee if we have to do all the cleanup for them. The owners was great but who’ve r they hired to clean need to do a better job.

The perfect beach vacation!
This house was even more gorgeous than the pictures. It had enough room to fit our group of 16 very comfortably with extra beds to spare. The kitchen was stocked better than any house I’ve ever rented and I’ve rented nearly two dozen over the years. Very short walk to the beach and close to nearby restaurants and shops. Even better there is a Bucees within five minutes from there. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Comfortable House
This was a family gathering and most of us are in our 50’s and 60’s. The house is very comfortable; there are 4 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. In each bedroom is a queen sized bed and 3 bunk beds. Each bedroom has a tv. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and even a coffee pot. The refrigerator and separate freezer are very big with ample room for your food and beverages. The large dining table was perfect for our family meals and games. There are board games in one of the bedroom closets. Underneath the house are a couple of storage chests with toys for the kids. And also underneath are showers and a foot shower to rinse off to help minimize tracking sand in the house. There’s a BBQ pit / grill, so bring your charcoal and enjoy cooking over hot coals. There are a couple of accesses to the beach. Even with some rain during the evening, we enjoyed our stay in this house and on Surfside Beach!
