Perfect girls weekend
The condo was perfect for 4 of us on a girls trip to escape our responsibilities! The location is great with easy access to the beach. All of the beds are comfortable. The view was just what we were looking for. The condo was very clean. The host was responsive and helpful. What would have helped: Hand/kitchen towels Beach towels (there was 1) Cleaning supplies (counter spray and broom) Extra blankets The reverse osmosis needs recharging

Nice getaway
A nice place right on the beach. Comfy beds and a great kitchen. Close to restaurants. Only disappointment was the weather, but what can you do?

Family getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Spacious and several amenities to help ease having two toddlers. Close to the beach and easy to access. Only things were thing the owner can’t help was the mosquitoes were horrible and the smell of Surfside water. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Older building but condo was adorable. It had great access to the beach. They also went above with helping you have everything you needed for the first couple of days ( extra toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc.) We will definitely be booking this condo again.

The place had not been cleaned. Said it was recently been remodeled, had not. Said there was a bedroom on main floor, was not. I have great trouble with steps. Just could not stay there. Property manager found us an alternative place, which was not on the beech. Bait and switch.

Location and view where excellent they had everything you need from towels too all the kitchen needs. The place was very dusty which that has to do with the cleaning crew they may have they need to keep up with that. Overall the place its amazing.

Great time on July 4th
We spent 3 nights with our family of 5. All the amenities were there including WiFi and filtered water. There was a TV in every room. The beach was wonderful and accessible.

So close to the beach
We had a great time. You walk out and the beach is only steps away. They had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. My grandchildren loved it and wanted to stay longer. Created great memories for the time we were there. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

This property was perfect for the vacation we needed. Situated just behind the dunes, the balcony views were perfect. Check-in and out instructions were simple and clarification on one item was provided instantly. Kitchen had all we needed except a baking sheet. We stayed Weds-Sun and only dealt with a crowded beach on Sat night. Not to shabby at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed
We loved our stay at Sunnyside! The location was perfect. It was just steps away from the beach. This made it really convenient since we had an infant, and 3 and 4 year olds. The sunrise was beautiful from the back deck, the sunset beautiful from the front deck. The owner was VERY responsive when we had questions. We all needed a break from work and stress and Sunnyside gave us that.

Perfect Family Beach Trip
We could not have asked for a better location. Our family wanted to take a quick trip together, all six of us, before my oldest goes away to college. This property was perfect for us. It allowed us to all be together, comfortably. The home is located just steps from the beach. It was so convenient, and so perfect. Surfside is such a charming town. The property owner was so helpful, and accommodating. He Quickly responded to all of my messages, while planning the trip. I loved the four days that we spent there, and I'm daydreaming about coming back.

Perfect Weekend stay
This was such a cozy little place. It was 8 of us and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of towels for emergency. We only used a couple because we brought our own. Everything was nice and clean. There were board games that the kids played with a couple of times so they had plenty to do when we were inside.The beach was right in front with one of the walkways right in front of the house, it did have a little bit of grass we had to walk through but it didnt bother us. There was another one a little bit down so the kids used that one. The deck was perfect size too. We all sat there in the evening and just watch the waves. I would definitely recommend this house. We all loved it. We contacted the host beforw hand with a question and they answered 5mins later so that was great too! Thanks to the host for a lovely stay. Hope to come back soon to this place.

Condo was great, car damage - not so much
This property is nice, clean and as advertised. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views. Can’t beat this location. The only issue we had is that the condo unit next door is undergoing construction that damaged our vehicle while it was parked in our unit’s breezeway parking (ground floor of our condo). Unfortunately, because these units are individually owned, we were told by our unit owners and vrbo that there is nothing they can do to help us fix our vehicle. They provided minimal assistance to connect us with the next door owners, who are unresponsive. Our unit’s management is now unresponsive to our communications as well. You would think our unit / vrbo cares more about their customers than hanging them out to dry.

Great beach access
It’s definitely an older building, but the condo itself has been remodeled and is really cute on the inside. Host was great and responded promptly to any questions. He let us check in a couple of hours early, which was so helpful! There is a little outdoor shower area for rinsing sand. The condo was also very clean. Just a few minor details that could use some attention…the fridge smelled strongly of fish. May have just been that the people who stayed there right before us put their freshly caught fish in the fridge, but unfortunately, the smell lingered for the whole 2 days we were there. The door to the balcony didn’t work well. Took a lot of effort to open it so we didn’t use the balcony much. There’s an alarm clock in the living room that is set to go off at 1:00 am and 2:00 am, and we could not figure out how to unset it because there was no simple on/off switch. Nor could we unplug it because the plug was put behind a built in shelf where it could not be reached, so that woke us up both nights. Maybe silly but I’ve set many older alarm clocks, and this one was not intuitive or easy to figure out how to unset, so it was somewhat irritating just to have to be awakened both nights.

2nd Time Around
This is our 2nd time in this same townhouse. Positives: The place is wonderfully decorated in a beach theme. The living room furniture and beds are comfortable. The kids lower bunk mattress is the best in the house. Check in and out steps are easy. The Management company was quick to respond. The view is amazing. There are two walking bridges on location that go directly to the beach. Weekdays are very chill on the beach. Weekends are busy but we don’t mind. You’ll need to bring bug spray, lighter, can of WD-40, water bottles for beach and plastic wrap or containers for food storage. They have plenty of plates, bowls, pots, pans and such. Limited on drinking and wine glasses. Coffee maker is pods or pot, bring your own coffee, sweeteners and creamers. Not so Goods: The lower patio “sliding” glass door doesn’t slide well. It takes a strong adult person to pry it open. My husband got tired of opening for us over and over. We wished we’d had a can of WD-40 with us. The water is smelly especially when you first turn it on. There is a reverse osmosis spout in the kitchen for drinking water or B.Y.O.W. Lastly the second bedroom smells really musty. It was like that both times but worse this time round. All in all it’s a great little place and more affordable than most when it’s just your family paying the bill. We can deal with a little smelly water over feeling broke and WD40 will help with the sliding door. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there for a 3rd time.
