This beautiful home is just 5 minutes away from Main Street, making it the perfect location to enjoy the lively & historic Downtown Fredericksburg! This modern home is located in a stunning property with a beautiful shared outdoor area.

This stunning casita has two gorgeous bedrooms with King beds & two bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite master bathroom.This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, dining space, and living area, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night or wine nights! At this home, you will enjoy an evening of relaxation at our private hot tub or unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a cup of wine at our amazing firepit. The Wanderlust home has available for you amazing amenities located in the outdoor shared space, such as a gas grill, picnic tables & a fire pit.

• Please take note that the house is divided into 4 casitas and the common areas are shared between them. You will have to share the outdoor amenities such as grill, tables & fire pit.
• Each casita has its own private Hot Tub.
House Rules:
-No more than 4 occupants permitted
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Two off-street parking spaces are available. Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow

Great stay for Girls trip
We had a great stay! Lots of space and comfortable accommodations. Huge kitchen and we definitely indulged in the hot tub every night. Great location to town. Communication was seamless and had zero issues.

Nice, clean and convenient to everything
This is a great setup for a small family or two couples to use when traveling. We had an amazing time at this property is a newer one, very clean and has great curb appeal. This is so close to everything made all the trips around the area to vineyards and in town shopping super easy. Very close to the HEB in case anyone needs supplies for cooking or forgot to pack. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful cozy rental
The rental is extremely nice! The beds comfortable and size adequate. For being in the heart of Fredricksburg you can't beat it. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub amenity and its privacy.
