My husband and I stayed for an anniversary weekend. Perfect location close to town, but nice and secluded property. Bed was very comforable and everything was very clean. Would stay here again!
Easy check in process, clean and comfortable space, plus a great hot tub

Wonderful place to stay while visiting local wineries!
We loved being here. It is charming and convenient. We love the rustic style and wide open spaces of the ranch area. We look forward to our next visit!

Quiet Comfort!
Perfect place to stay convenient to downtown, but also not far from state parks and so many things to do that there isn't enough time!
The cabin was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We had no need for communication with the property manager. Thank you!
Starting out, the location and amazing, the hot tub is really nice and kept clean. Loved the big walk in shower and the back porch patio is great for breakfast. The AC works very well, keeping the room nice a cold.
Only issues we had were finding several scorpions in the bedroom and kitchen as well as mouse droppings in the corners by the coffee maker and the upstairs bedroom has a very strong mouse urine smell.
My best friend and I got to get away from the city for the weekend to this lovely barn. The space was so peaceful, so clean and stocked with all we needed! Lee is so friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely be back!
place was cute and well kept. loved the location, close enough to shopping but far enough out to make it more private. nice hot tub, (it could be made a little more private) But overall, loved it and we will go back.
Pond next to hot tub needs to be cleaned. The pictures show the barn with brighter lights. Inside it is too dark.
Very quiet and the momma and baby deer were awesome to see. The upstairs bed was very soft and comfortable.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful & Cozy
This property was exactly what we were looking for our Valentine's getaway. The outside was absolutely adorable and the inside was AMAZING! Very cute little barn house with a hot tub, wine, waffles and coffee. What more can you ask for in a weekend getaway? We loved it so much we decided to pass on dinner in town on our last night and brought pizza home to enjoy! Lee was amazing and very helpful for our entire stay. We will definitely be visiting this home again!

Lovely Weekend
Our weekend was too short. The "barn" was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared for our use. We enjoyed the evening under the stars in the hot tub while sipping the delicious complimentary wine. We ended up visiting the local vineyard and purchasing a case to take home with us!
The furnishings were very nice and very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful area.

Great Weekend Retreat!
We booked this place for a Bday Weekend in the Texas Hill Country and we had a blast. Every detail made it feel so special and cute. We had everything we needed and more. We felt far enough from town to be a retreat, but so close to the 290 wine trail and a quick drive to Enchanted Rock. We used the board games and TVs and kitchen supplies that come with the rental, as well as the hot tub and fire. The Hosts made everything very easy from booking to departure, so I would highly recommend the RED BARN!
The stay was great! Only 7-8 from downtown, easy drive. The barn was warm, clean and nicely decorated. Good signal. Bed was great! Big and comfy! Shower is is big, has two shower heads. The Jacuzzi was warm and ready to use. I would just say better lighting near mirror upstairs or a vanity area where you can get ready. Would def book again!

Hang Out With Friends
What a great place to hang out with friends. We spent the weekend visiting wineries, Luckenbach, trade days and playing cards. Really enjoyed feeding cowboy and relaxing on the deck. Accommodations were great! Beds were comfortable, large 2-person shower in bathroom, full-kitchen and all the little touches that made for a memorable weekend. Really enjoyed talking with Lee during our stay and we are looking forward to visiting again when the other cabin is done, the front deck is enlarged and the family room is completed. Great location for all your Fredericksburg activities.

Amazing Stay!
I booked this cute little red barn for a girls trip and absolutely fell in love.
The location was right off 290 and felt nice and secluded but still very close to all the shopping/dining/ and wineries.
All the little extra's made it feel very warm (coffee, tea, juice, wine, waffles, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and little chocolates on the pillows). Not to mention upon our arrival the house smelled wonderful, and the beds were all turned down.
We made use of both the hot tub and the fire pit which were very nice. When we did have to leave I had to drag the girls to their cars because they wanted to stay so badly and play with Cowboy who they called Sheldon the entire time. We will definitely be back.
