The Outpost Vacation Cabin Fredericksburg TX Pet Friendly Hot Tub Near Enchanted Rock

Our unique limestone and log cabin was constructed from various military, historical, and first-responder buildings from all across Texas, and is only 14 miles away from the heart of downtown and only 8 miles from Enchanted Rock State Park. Nestled 2,000 feet high on a private hilltop, these 15 secluded acres are here for you, your family, and your fur babies to explore. Comes with a hot tub, fire pit, hiking trails, kids activities, and is fully stocked -- just bring your food!
We do not charge for 2 dogs, and we do not charge for extra guests! Please let us know how many dogs you are bringing. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture as pet hair and pet urine is extremely difficult to remove and costs extra time & money. Thank you.

House Rules: No hunting or target practice. No dumping of ashes or coals over the fence. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the cabin. No trailers in the courtyard. Only 2 persons on the opened sleeper sofa at a one time. Do not leave the front and back door open at the same time. PLEASE NOTE: Messaging is done primarily through email, so please log onto your guest portal and ensure your email is correct and your email app is functioning on your mobile devices.

A magnificent weekend at a hidden gem
Our stay at The Outpost was absolutely incredible!! The attention to detail in everything, from the little welcome table and fully stocked kitchen to all the easter eggs hidden around the cabin, was truly amazing. We had such a great time trying to find and solve all the little puzzles, walking down the little trail and enjoying the view while making our own stack of rocks, and playing Scrabble, dominoes, and Operation! The hosts provide everything for you, minus the food, so after a trip to HEB in Fredericksburg, we didn't have to leave the cabin for anything which was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We also never got tired of reading all the first responder stories and honoring their legacy. This cabin is truly a hidden gem, and to make our experience even more amazing, they allowed us to host a small family gathering for our wedding! The views are beautiful and we made a lot of wonderful memories. Thank you Lori and Mike for an unforgettable amazing weekend, and we will definitely stay here again!!
