With shopping, dining, tasting rooms, the world famous Nimitz Museum, and town square all within walking distance, there isn't a better location in town! Amenities include a full kitchen, private hot tub with a brand new private sundeck and lounge area, king beds, private parking, free WiFi, and much more! This property also features all new updates and renovations, including designer furniture and finishes, and a brand new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The interior features a large sitting area with conversation seating and a flatscreen TV, a full kitchen with cooking basics provided, a primary bedroom with a king bed, laptop friendly workspace, and ensuite bath, all featuring the perfect balance of form and function. Outside, there's a private sun deck with a private hot tub and seating area, perfect for evening get-togethers or catching some rays. Additionally, 2 large Adirondack chairs grace the front porch, making it the ideal spot for a morning cup of coffee.

Behind the cottages is highly coveted private parking, exclusively for guest use! Guests can also walk right to the back door of the Elk Store Distillery, or Auslander's Biergarten! Both are local favorites, known for their exceptional beer and liquor selections. This unique feature of the property lends a true speakeasy element to your stay.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The property was decorated great, clean and all things worked great. It was close to most places on main Street. The hot tub was awesome. You can't go wrong by staying here.

Amazing property and easy check in process... Super cute and very clean. Convenient location. We booked a wine tour with Absolute Charm -- that was definitely the perfect touch to our stay. Mike was a wonderful, friendly and a knowledgeable guide.

Anniversary Trip
The property is adorable and definitely as described. It is easy to walk to most places on Main St from this location. Our only complaint would be the early morning trash pickups for the restaurants that are behind the rental. This of course is not something that can be adjusted or controlled by the owners of the house and would not stop if us from staying here again. We had a great stay other than that.

Nice place. The bed was too soft for us and found pan and silverware dirty. If you plan to cook, bring what you need including foil and etc. The kitchen is not equipped as we had hope to cook. There’s no instructions as to what we need to do before leaving.

Unbeatable Location!
The location of this property is unbeatable!! A quick 30 second walk to Main St, 20 min drive to all the wineries, and 20 min drive to Enchanted Rock! We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the evenings after walking around all day. The hot tub wasn’t unbearably hot, which we appreciated! The back deck of Speakeasy 2 backed right up to our deck. On our last night there was a couple in their hot tub just on the other side of the fence which was a little awkward. One thing I wish this cottage had was more hooks - there was literally one hook for towels in the whole house. Not even a place to hang the hand towel. We were a little nervous about noise, since this house is surrounded by parking lot / driveway, but we slept with our sound machine and didn’t have issues at all. Bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows! We’re used to sleeping with a ceiling fan at home, so we were glad this house had one over the bed! We would stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg!

Location was awesome. We had problems with both front door locks. Couldn’t enter through back door and couldn’t exit through front. Management was aware the locks were loose but didnt offer assistance. The mattress was horrible. We’ve never slept in this bad of a mattress before. There was a huge slope in middle,of mattress.

This property needs some tlc
Things were surface clean, ledges doors, mirrors, front of fridge etc. all need a good cleaning. Shower curtain needs replaced, mildewed and grout in corners of tub needs bleached or re-grouted. Front steps could've been swept and back patio could be spruced up. Need room darkening curtains in bedroom. Over sized chair and ottoman in den need to be cleaned. Also, no instructions about wifi or check out process anywhere or any type of greeting. And the NOISE level around this property is beyond bad. Call me if you want more.

The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen was missing short/tall drinking glasses, none found. Only one ice tray, needs more. The bathroom could use some towel racks to hang up wet towels. Close to Main Street but loud in the morning being so close to business. A very nice stay, we will be back😊

The location is great, a block away from all the action. The hot tub picture is a little misleading only showing one direction, if it was taken from another angle the Alley next door would’ve been seen and not very private. They need to get the TV situation handled! 3 remotes for one TV? You need to be a Philadelphia Lawyer to figure it out, just get a smart TV and let everyone stream whatever they want to. I’m not the smartest guy but this stuff should be easier. Also, the soaps reminded me of communion wafers, too small! Get something a little more substantial. Everything else was great, bed comfy, pillows comfy, fan and AC worked great. I think the property is over valued, but, I get the location is great.

ABSOLUTELY perfect!
My mom and I took a last minute girls trip to Fredericksburg and this cottage was the perfect place. It was an easy walk to Main St., with a German bar in our backyard and Chase's place across the street we had multiple options! We loved the hot tub in the back to unwind and be able to drink the wine we bought (of course) at night. We are definitely rebooking in the future!
