The location of this unit is unbeatable, just a few minutes drive from Main St. and conveniently located to everything Fredericksburg has to offer! Featuring a King bed (plus a Queen sleeper sofa!) this cozy unit sleeps a total of 4. Inside is a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee maker with all the necessities, and everything else you might need! The backyard is cozy and private, complete with plenty of seating and a private hot tub! Don't miss your chance to experience Fredericksburg in style at this picture-perfect suite!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Amazing stay
My husband and I really enjoyed celebrating our 11 year anniversary here. The place was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio every evening and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. Definitely will come back to this spot!

Worth more than the $$
Very rarely will I say that I got more than I paid for but this was the case with this VRBO rental. The space was well thought out, exceptionally clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and the full size kitchen was very nice. I enjoyed the private hot tub after a day of walking all over Fredericksburg. If there is anything I could complain about it would be the lack of a closet, but there are several hooks available to hang your clothing, just be sure to bring some hangers. A very nice stay and I felt we got a great bargain with the quality of the room.

This property is new and well kept. It is very clean and has everything we needed for our girls weekend. From the comfortable bedding, large stocked kitchen, coffee, and clean jacuzzi. It was nice to shop and climb Enchanted Rock and the relax in the jacuzzi. Neighborhood is quiet and just what we needed. Would definitely go back!

Perfect
Spent a week at this condo and was perfect for me enjoying a week long bike camp. Close to town, quiet, perfect size and layout. Cute decorations, secluded outdoor porch, shower had great pressure, kitchen with all the tools to easily eat in. Bed was comfy. The communication and support of these owners was 🙌. This little quadruplex was very new! They did not skimp on appliances, amenities, or furniture. Location was easy to get to from the fairgrounds (where we were going) but wasn’t too far from downtown for dinner and a little shopping. The check in/out process was super simple. Highly recommend!
