Rest and relax at this adorable cottage in a prime location just 3 blocks from downtown and historic Main St. Nestled on a quiet street on a tree-covered lot, this peaceful little cottage makes the perfect getaway for 2! Inside you will find a King bed, a coffee bar with a Keurig (coffee and snacks provided!), and a full bath with a walk-in shower. This cozy space is bursting with character and convenience, which carries into the beautiful outdoor area. Outside you will find a private hot tub, a fire-pit with Adirondack chairs, while the owner's working greenhouse and raised-bed garden add a unique charm to the space. You will also be able to enjoy the swimming pool, which is available for guests to use, but is shared with the property owner. At Remmler Nest, you can experience all the privacy and greenery of the farm with all the convenience and excitement of the heart of Downtown.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner lives onsite. The unit is fully detached and there are are no shared spaces besides the pool.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
