Frieden Haus is the perfect place for your next getaway to the gorgeous German town of Fredericksburg. The mid-century modern decor will help you to relax, refresh, and enjoy your getaway! This home features a fenced backyard with a gorgeous pergola and plenty of seating, creating the perfect place for relaxation and fun-filled afternoons. Plenty of seats and string lights allow the whole group to relax in the evening and look at the Texas stars. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for making those delicious meals and creating lasting memories! Kick back and relax in the inviting living area and watch your favorite shows or movies on the TV or read a good book.
Fredericksburg has a lot to offer to keep the whole group entertained. There are numerous wineries and wine tastings - you can even take tours at 290 wine shuttle. Check out local shops and eateries on Main St. Every third Saturday of the month, check out Fredericksburg's trade shows featuring music, food, and shopping! Stop by the National Pacific War Museum and the Pioneer Museum.

We're excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally, a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
The fireplace is not operational.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
