So much nicer and more comfortable than a hotel! This place has two recliners, a great bed and huge bathroom! It’s close to shops and restaurants. There’s even a pool you can use!

We stay in Fredericksburg often. This place is the coziest, cleanest place we’ve stayed!! The bed was really comfortable! Loved the fireplace! We plan on returning in the summer as the pool and hot tub look very relaxing and inviting!

Nice quiet place to stay on Main Street that isn’t in the middle of the business. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was freezing so wasn’t able to use it, but that wasn’t a big deal to us. Would stay again, but would like a little bit larger room.

We were a little worried about a couple things based on past reviews, however, they were not accurate. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire place was impeccably clean. We are ready planning our return.

The property was wonderful. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. We loved every minute there. We enjoyed having the pool and hot tub too. Very nice! We hope to stay in another apartment next time!!

We loved everything ab the property. Great location. Easy to find. Wish we could have extended our stay for a couple days more. If I have to ask anything, it would be to let the guests know what to do with the trash you accumulate during your stay. That’s all. Had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to return.

Texas Hill Country adventure
This little cottage was the perfect size for 2 and well thought out! Comfortable, close to downtown Fredericksburg, nice linens and the black washcloths for makeup removal are a great idea and just for grown ups! Love our kids but sometimes a few days without is a good thing too! I will definitely recommend this to family and friends!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your facility. It was quiet, we like the private parking and the location. Overall the room was very clean and tidy. Our only complaint was the cleaner missed the used soap and shampoo that was left in the cut out in the shower. We just removed it and threw it in the trash, but of course it makes us wonder if the rest of the shower was cleaned? Thanks for listening!

We loved the quaint little cottage. We had everything we needed. The minor things that brought down the rating was one of the sinks in the bathroom was dirty, like someone dropped their mascara wand in the sink and didn’t clean it up. But the biggest draw back was the clear glass paned bathroom doors. Please take an inexpensive curtain rod and dark curtain and hang it over the door on the inside. Simple fix for a little dignity and privacy. Also, if the pool is under repair it should be communicated to your paying guests. If the weather had been better I would have been more upset that we discovered this upon arrival and it was not disclosed at the time of booking. Amenities matter when booking a stay.
