The house has a great layout with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. It’s a convenient location to wineries and Main Street. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a quick 1 night stay in Fredericksburg, for a concert in Luckenbach. This place was new, clean, great location and perfect for the two couples that were staying. The host was very good about answering questions and sending check in instructions. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our accommodations in Fredericksburg. The townhome was very roomy and beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean. A/C provided comfortable temps during our stay. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Very clean, well appointed. Great price/value and perfect for 2 couples. Great location! Only constructive feedback is that walls are thin. We had to bump up the Sleep/Sound machine we brought a bit. Would stay here again.

Perfect Fredericksburg Getaway
Although we were only able to stay one night, this townhome was a lovely and welcoming home! The decor was beautifully southern and perfectly matched the Fredericksburg vibe. Minutes from downtown and the wineries, we had a ball and made the most of every moment. This home would be perfect for a short- or long-term stay! Thank you, Phillip!

Nice little townhouse. We had a great stay. The only issue we had was it was a little difficult to find the property. I would suggest adding specific directions to look for the homestead sign.

Very pleased with the property as a whole. Location was good, quiet and just a couple minutes from downtown. We all agreed we would look to use this same property next time we came to Fredericksburg.

The place is very well equipped, the host is responsive and the 2 bathrooms go a long way towards a comfortable stay. My only recommendation is to get there before sunset the first day as it is a little difficult to find the place the first time if there's no light.

Nice property. Quiet location owner very responsive when we had questions. The only thing that was not provided that I thought would be there is a hair dryer. Otherwise well stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay again.

80th Birthday Celebration
This apartment is beautifully decorated & sparkling clean. Very conveniently located to the things we were interested in doing (not walkable to downtown but that wasn't as issue for us). Large flat-screens in living & both bedrooms (important to our guys!) A bottle of wine waiting for us, thank you very much! Would definitely stay there again!
