This beautiful and spacious home is just minutes away from the heart of Main street. Hacienda Oaks can accommodate up to fourteen guests. You can soak your stress away in the hot tub or enjoy some s'mores and drinks by the large outdoor fire pit. Family Getaway
Had a great time. Property was quite nice. Only complaint would be there is no key pad on the garage door entrance, so we had to push the stroller around through the grass to the front door. Back yard is quite large but it’s not maintained. We did not like having 2 queen beds in the master bedroom. This made the bedroom feel cramped. (Felt like a cheap way to charge more) Overall enjoyed our stay.

Spacious house near Main Street
Great spot for families! The home was roomy yet cozy for our 2 families traveling together. The kids loved the bunkroom and the large backyard. The hot tub was nice to relax in once kids went to bed. The only issue we had was that the cleaning crew didn’t move the trash out from the garage and it was piled high in the city trash cans provided. The kids also found open food in the drawers of the bunkroom so we cleaned it out. The rest of the house was clean with no issues. Definitely worth the stay for a great price point when traveling with family.

The space was perfect for what I needed for this weekend and I had no problems the whole time! Travis was quick to respond anytime I had questions. It was a perfect lovation for our wine tour pick up as well. The stay made my Bachelorette weekend wonderful.

50th celebration
We visited this property for my 50th birthday and it did not disappoint!!!! Travis communicated with us immediately, the house had coffee pods for us to use, there was an amazing bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there and everything was perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings too. Thank you for helping my 50th birthday with my friends such an amazing time!

Fun Ski House

Wonderful place for a girls weekend!

Beautiful place, excellent stay
The house is gorgeous and in a great location, and there's plenty of space for a large group. It was around a 5-9 minute drive from everything on Main street. Travis was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!

Sorority Sister Retreat
We reserved this home for our annual sorority sister get together. The property was beautiful and spacious. We took advantage of the hot tub, outside games and fire pit. The house was clean and perfect for our get together. It was close to town and the wine tour coach picked us up at the front door. We had plenty of parking and it was an overall great weekend. We all said we’d love to stay here again in the future!

PERFECT place for Fredricksburg!
I booked this place for a bachelorette trip and to say it was perfect would be underestimating it. It honestly provided great space for us girls to have good conversation, be comfortable, and it was big enough for 9 girls to get ready at the same time. That says a lot. The back yard is MASSIVE, we spent a lot of time outside even though it was smoldering hot outside it was such a good space for all of us. Great location also, we were right in the middle of town so transportation was super easy. If you are thinking of bringing a group to fredericksburg I recommend this place over and over again. When I make another trip I will be booking with Travis and Morgan. They are also amazing hosts, this was my first time booking with VRBO and they made it so easy. Couldn't recommend them enough 100/10! Stay here!

Bachelorette Party
This house was amazing and has a beautiful backyard. Our group stayed here for a Bachelorette get together and every person who attended loved this home and complimentary wine. When we needed things Travis was very attentive and determined to make sure we got what we needed. We all enjoyed our morning coffee around the fire pit and our evening drinks in the hot tub. I would stay at this house any time possible! Thank you again for a beautiful home to stay at for our trip!

Great Easter stay
Luckily, we were able to book this house over Easter weekend. We loved everything about the house. The inside had plenty of room for everybody; however we spent the majority of our time in the backyard. The backyard was just as pictured. I loved all the space my kids had to play. The owners were really quick to respond to any questions, even after we had checked out. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it. We would happily stay here again.

We loved this cozy oasis. The hosts, Travis & Morgan, were helpful and attentive. The home and yard are bright, clean, and fun. The bedding was soooo comfortable and we all had amazing nights sleep over the long weekend. The amenities and location to downtown were perfect. Can’t wait to visit here again!
