House was great for 2 couples. Welcome sign and waters and snacks along with a bottle of wine was a nice surprise.Only little issue was how the one restroom was set up coming in the back door.

Girls trip
This house was perfect for our girl's vacay. We each had our own comfy King bed, and the house was very clean! They left us water, juice, coffee, snacks and a bottle of wine! The house is exactly as pictured, and the outdoor patio is very nice too. Very close to town and nicely decorated. My only suggestion would be adding a light above the mirror in the bathroom by the garage. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for having a great home with all the amenities needed to be comfortable.

The stay was fine but there were a few issues with the property description. There was a 2 car garage which was listed for two cars but only one side was usable. You entered the house through the garage door which opened directly into the bathroom attached to the primary bedroom. It also appeared to be unfinished.

This is a perfect little property near Main Street Fredericksburg that has been thoughtfully setup to accommodate guests. We enjoyed our stay very much. Each room has a king bed and our party of 3 couples felt right at home.

Comfy Hideaway
This is a charming property that has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay and is only 1 mile from downtown Fredericksburg. I will definitely be returning. The beds are super comfy, just be careful not to stub your toes on the posts of the bed frame. Also, our clothing got snagged on a nail/staple from one of the dining room chairs. These are minor and did not impact the overall stay as it was most enjoyable.
