Communication with the owner was seamless and very responsive for the few questions we had. Rooms was exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect romantic getaway!
We loved our stay here and will def be back! Bed was comfortable, had coffee, shower was nice and the hot tub was great to use before night. Close to everything we needed. Had some questions initially on how to work the heater and host responded right away to help us out.

Very clean, well appointed and it was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. It was a little difficult to figure out the heating unit, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and comfortable stay In Fredericksburg
This small cottage is delightful made with high grade building materials and very nice decor. Much more roomy than a hotel room. We enjoyed our stay and hung out For hours in the room just because it was so comfortable!

Cute getaway about .6 miles from mainstreet
Cute place for a couple to stay! Centrally located in Fredericksburg- although not sure if it’s close enough to walk to main street, we drove, but still a good location. Very clean and no problem while there.

Beautiful cottage! Very clean and well decorated. Wonderful kitchenette it had a sink , microwave, keruig coffeemaker, mini fridge) eating area, comfortable king sized bed, amazing bathroom. Me and wife had an amazing experience!
