Home was nicely equipped and very clean. The kitchen is a little cramped, but served our needs pretty well. Adding a toaster would be a nice addition.

The cottage was exactly as described. We had a little difficulty getting the hot tub hot the 2nd night. Otherwise the location, cleanliness, bedding, linens, were great.

Quick Staycation
Had an amazing time with my boyfriend for a quick one night trip to Fredericksburg. The location was perfect and an easy walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to all the wineries. The Bed was probably our favorite part, it was so comfy! We will definitely be looking to book here for our next trip.

Great place to stay. As advertised. We frequent the area at least twice a year and will look to stay again if available. Location is perfect. The house is perfect for a couple on the go or if you just want to relax and enjoy the hot tub. Easy walk to everything in town and perfect access to wineries out the 290.

Very nice comfy place. Hot tub was private and relaxing. Good location. Would choose this location again. Bed was a little “soft” for me, but that is a choice thing.

Fantastic time in Fredricksburg!
The location of this place is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and shops on Main Street while still maintaining privacy. The privacy curtains around the hot tub also made things very comfortable for my girlfriend and I. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay 1 - 3 nights!

Brought my mom to Fredericksburg for her birthday and this house was perfect for us. Completely accurate description…. It was possibly even better than expected. Location was great, walkable to everything on Main St. and the bed was SO comfortable! Would definitely come back.

Good Escape
On the way to visit my son in Houston, we decided to take the tandem to Hill Country. The property is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks off Main Street. The only downside to the property is that the kitchen is a bit tight — the fridge door actually can’t even fully open.

Fredericksburg Vacation
Great place to stay for our trip to Fredericksburg. Very spacious for 1 BR/1 BA. Super easy check in process. Very clean. As advertised. 2 blocks off of Main St behind, almost right behind Hondos for reference. We were close/walkable to everything, but it still felt like a nice, quiet place to sleep at night. It is just about on the far west edge of all the shops/restaurants, so if you wanted to walk to something on the other side, it might be around a mile or so walk. This did not bother us as the weather was very nice, but something to be aware of.

the hot tub had To Much many chemicals could not use , the shower did not drain the kitchen sink did not drain the bird in the attic sucked could not take a nap but thanks for the location. THANKS CHUCK.

Sister trip
We had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg seeing the sites and enjoying the food. The Vrbo we stayed in was perfect for us. The bed was comfy and we even got to enjoy the fireplace in the morning to get the chill out of the morning air. It was great to have a fully functioning kitchen. We did have to use the reset button twice, as the power to the microwave and coffee machine were not getting power. Easy fix though The only thing that might need to be looked upon is the bathtub tiling. There is a lot of rust happening. Thanks for a clean, pretty place to enjoy our time together. It was also very close to everything we wanted to do.

Location was perfect- walking distance. Quaint - generally had what needed. Appreciated there was coffee & creamer - thank you! Some dishes in cupboard were dirty, but just put them in the dishwasher. Could have used a broom - we worked to not track anything in. And needed a fly swatter - one floated in through the front door on entry and we kept missing him! Had a great stay. Nice to cook an HEB meal and not eat out!

My husband and I spent my birthday weekend in Fredericksburg. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. It was great to be walking distance to Main Street.
