Orange Treat is a fully-remodeled spacious modern farmhouse. She has tons of natural light with an open kitchen-dining area great for conversation and good eats. The living area is comfortable and large. Each of the bedrooms is quiet and cozy. Outdoor seating is located on the back patio in close proximity to the hot tub.
You will have access to a BBQ (propane) for your outdoor cooking and dining pleasure. A fire pit is available for those cool evenings.
There's easy access to walking trails as well as a city-built footbridge that leads directly to Main Street. 750 steps and you'll be at Hondo's and Crossroads Steak House.

We really enjoyed our stay for with our family and friends. We have stayed here before and were happy to return. The house is setup perfectly for our group size and we love the close proximity to Main Street and the secluded nature of the streets.

The property was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend! The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything, we loved the large couch and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Everything was spotless, and the host was very communicative. Would love to stay here again!

Such a fun time in the Texas Hill country. This house was absolutely perfect and super close to Main st. Decorated so cute and perfect setup for our group of 9. The park across the street had numerous deer running thru it. Loved seeing them.

The house is in a great location, walking distance to Main Street! Extremely clean, plenty of towels, linens were great, beds were comfy! My only recommendation would be a full length mirror somewhere😊 Fredericksburg was charming, we look forward to coming back to Karen’s house and to the cute little town!

Quiet gem just steps from downtown
Our group consisted of four couples who met in Fredericksburg for a long weekend to take winery tours. This house is on a quiet street across from a park and within easy walking distance of Main Street. It is clean and well-furnished and was a perfect fit for our group. We ate communal breakfasts every morning and enjoyed evenings around the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.
