"Beautiful property. Great that other buildings around were maintened. Looking forward to seeing other remaining offerings open like the BBQ place and pool bar. A little loud in mornings if you are by the entrance ramp up to the hotel. Need signage to indicate valet parking is one way. "

"What an amazing find. Upon check in we were greeted by Steve and Marsha and treated like long time friends. Marsha showed us the property and they didn't miss a beat when it came to details. Not only is the property beautiful the rooms are meticulously appointed with details such as Turkish robes, fine linens, high end toiletries. "This house is a great spot to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. The four of us had plenty of room, the kitchen is very well stocked with things I have never seen in rentals before. Ian was a great host even though I had some trouble tracking down messages on the app. The back yard is a fun spot to "wine" down before and after dinner. If you get a chance, dont miss this one."

"We stayed for two week nights and really enjoyed the space. The hot tub was turned on prior to our arrival and was hot by night 1. Centrally located to Main street so we were able to walk around town easily. Will definitely be staying again. "
