Additionally, the code they send you to initaite the self check-in process was not working. "Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"Very nice accommodation in a historical building in the downtown, with everything at walking distance. Hosts are wonderfully welcoming and always available to help guests’ holidays with the best suggestions. Strongly recommended. "

"We loved staying at the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. The room was always kept clean and there was no street noise. The included breakfast had an amazing assortment of fresh food including smoked salmon, cheese, pastries, meat and much more. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room was modern and did not show any wear. We highly recommend the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. It deserves the name "Luxury"."

"I liked the staff at this property, they were super friendly and helpful. I also liked the location, not too far from the centre to walk and in a nice neighbourhood. It was a little strange to access - through a dark alley and in an old lift. The room was ok, nothing special. Clean and functional. No real English channels on the TV unless you pay or log into apps. Breakfast again was ok. Overall it was fine as a b&b, nothing special but it served a purpose given the price "

"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "
