Perfect 3 Bedroom - sleeps up to 9, private deck, river views

Ideal family condo for sleeping 9 situated alongside the Fraser River with hiking trail. This 2nd level entry 3 bedroom offers 2 levels with easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants and breweries. The hourly shuttle stop to Winter Park Ski Resort is nearby the main entrance.
The main level has the full kitchen and dining connected to the living room with gas fireplace, TV and access to the private deck. Down the hall is the full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds. Upstairs is another bedroom with a Double sized bed. This bedroom offers an exit to step outside. The open loft area has a Double bed plus a Twin. The ¾ bathroom is on this level.
Common Area Amenities: Coin Laundry and indoor hot tubs, river trail access and green areas in summer season.
Bedding: Queen, Queen, Double, Double and Twin – sleeping up to 9 or perfect for 5 singles.

A nice mountain getaway
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great, very close to town and the ski resort. There was enough room for us and our four kids. The living area was a little tight, but it worked for us. There was a nice, large dining area to eat and play games. The kitchen had everything we needed, however there were dirty plates and cups in the cabinets when we arrived, which was really disturbing. I'm sure it was from the previous guests, but still gross. Two of the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the others were nice. Overall a good stay, but I'm not sure if we would stay in this location again

Unit was clean and comfy. Kids enjoyed “their” space in the loft area. I understand it’s primarily used as a ski lodge for able-bodied folks, but I feel it useful to share that my older, somewhat disabled dad had some trouble with the entry stairs.

Room for All - Great Value
5 Night Stay during Thanksgiving Break 2022: The layout of this condo was perfect for our family of four. Our emerging adults, at 18 and 19 yrs, were grateful to have their own rooms and a break from dorm life. The extra beds in the loft came in handy when their local friends stopped by for a night. The two large couches in the living room and adjacent dining table with 6 seats gave everyone a comfortable amount of space to relax together. The small but mighty kitchen has a good layout and is well-stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, knives and cooking utensils; which made for easy meal prep and cooking. Location in Fraser is ideal if you enjoy a break from the busy resort areas = quiet mornings and quiet evenings. Living room and dining room windows offer nice views of Byers and sunset skies.
