Discover the charm of a modern mountain home in Winter Park! As soon as you step through the front door, this mountain retreat will feel like your very own. Prepare to be impressed by the meticulous attention to detail and high-end finishes that adorn this unit. The townhome boasts a king-sized bed in the main level primary suite and a queen-sized bed in the second primary suite. Both bedrooms come complete with their own full bathrooms, with the upper-level primary suite featuring an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the loft area is equipped with a bunk bed (twin over full). Blow up mattress in master bedroom closet along with spare sheets.

The living area features an open floor plan, allowing you to whip up a meal after a day in the mountains while entertaining guests in the adjoining living and dining rooms. Living room TV with SONO system and gas fireplace. The dining table comfortably seats four, and there are three additional seats at the kitchen island. On the back patio, you'll find a propane grill, a firepit table and chairs for four, perfect for relaxing in the summer and on warmer winter days. Each bedroom and the living room come equipped with brand new Smart TVs (you can use your own streaming accounts), and the TVs have HDMI hookups if you want to connect your own gaming devices, etc. The unit also provides a full washer and dryer, so you can bring your own laundry pods or soap. In closet you will find crib & high chair for your little ones.

For added convenience, the property includes an oversized detached one-car garage to keep your vehicle sheltered from the elements, and the walk to the front door takes mere seconds.

Winter Park Resort is just 5.4 miles away, offering a plethora of family-friendly activities. The FREE resort shuttle drops you right in the heart of the resort base village, where you'll find skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, entertainment, and various summer activities. Just 1 mile away, the Grand Park Rec Center features a swimming pool and gym with multiple pools, a waterslide, a gymnasium, a rock climbing wall, and a children's playground. Next door to the Rec Center, you'll find The Foundry, which boasts a bowling alley, a movie theater, and a brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is a short 2-mile drive in the town of Fraser.

Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. We employ the Triple Sheet Method, which involves using two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover is washed between each and every guest to ensure an extra clean sleeping experience.

This was a great property that was perfect for a family. The house was well appointed with items you would need to cook and everything was very comfortable for us. Check-in, directions and location were great. We would stay again!

Overall good, code did not work when we got there, too much light in the morning, needs blackout blinds, the “third” room does not work as a room, again problem with the blinds, we asked for two additional cleaning days, one was good the second one arrive too late, has to rescheduled for the next day and the job was poorly done, also outside somebody was shoveling snow at 6AM!

Great Location, Nice Duplex with Beautiful Outdoor Trail
Our stay was wonderful! The duplex is in a somewhat private setting and has up-to-date amenities. It's very close to everything! We attended the Jazz Festival at the Rendezvous Event Center and had no issues getting there or leaving. The outdoor trail was beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

This unit is well maintained, and just as pictured. The unit contains everything you will need for a comfortable stay.The check-in process went very well. Rendezvous Village is just off the main road where you will find many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The village is about 4 miles from winter resort where you will find many winter activities. The property managers were very professional,nice, and accommodating. They are readily available at the phone number is listed on your confirmation. During my stay, there was someone that came by and snow plowed the walkway and front porch. Thank you.

Fantastic Stay
Great Stay at Kingfisher Point. The unit was exactly as described, kitchen was stocked with utensils and spices, garage was extra tall as it fit an SUV with a topper. The Lift stop was directly across the street which was convenient to get to the mountain (warning to verify schedule as it seems to only run 1x per hour). Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location!
The location of the unit is fantastic, with many shops, restaurants and activities/trails close by. We really enjoyed all of the windows and natural light in this unit along with the amazing views out the large windows in the living room. The unit felt private but also had a great walking trail just steps away. The unit was well stocked and the hosts made sure guests would have all they needed for an enjoyable stay. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. Reading the reviews before booking, it was well rated so it seems we were the one-off but the unit was in need of a deep clean. Floors were visibly dirty with many crumbs, dirt and dust and we had to wipe down melted chocolate from the leather couch. Lots of dust and hair behind the door of the bathroom and in the bedrooms. We spent the majority of our time away from the unit exploring the trails, RMNP and nearby towns and only utilized the unit for sleeping and showering. After picking up some cleaning supplies at the local Safeway, we felt more comfortable. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!
