Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and shared coin-operated laundry facilities. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the outdoor lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This third-floor (top floor, with no neighbors above) unit is accessed via stairs. Although this complex does not have A/C, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at elevation 8,500’.
THE LOCATION
A complimentary winter shuttle service takes you to the ski lifts and shops. It's a short walk to the bus stop, then Winter Ski Resort is just 13 minutes away.
When dining out, Sharkey's Eatery is a delicious place to fuel up before a ski day 1.5 miles from the condo. Head to a scrumptious meal at Durbar for Himalayan, Nepalese, and Indian fare in 2.4 miles. Pepe Osaka's Fishtaco serves an eclectic mix of Asian fusion as well as fish and chips in 3.5 miles.
Coming to Fraser in the warmer months? Arrive at pristine Georgetown Lake in less than an hour's drive. St. Mary's Glacier is an iconic hike just over an hour southeast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
