"If you expect a 5 star motel, this is not the place; however, staff was efficient, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are old and rather small but you can tell they continue to update things so that everything works, is stylish and sufficient for your stay. Minimal continental breakfast but perfect for some good coffee and something to fill your belly before you hit the road. Within walking distance to many venues in the city. "This is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not it is a half ass renovated motel my comforter had burn holes and they would not give me new linen my room tv tv stand saw broken the room smelled clean but that was about it not comfortable at all and I was traveling with my kids it was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable staying I checked in but never stayed in Ben one night I would like a refund this experience was horrible and a waste of my time any money "

"Ok. The AI bot won’t let me put prices in the review. So….The property itself was fine. It was clean and there were some nice touches: ear plugs, new kitchen sponge, white noise machine in the bedroom, etc. Text messaging communication was good. There were two things that were not so great: the convenience store next door had sketchy people hanging out who panhandled us whenever we came or went. The WORST thing was the parking lot (on the left as you face the building) which has a sign that says...
