Our room was flooded by a broken refrigerator. Went to front desk asked for first aid. They didn't have one at the front desk and had to search for band aids for us. No non dairy options at the continental breakfast and our ceilings in our room looked like they were going to fall in on ys from years of water damaged.

the room smelled musty and mildewy, and we had an 18-month-old baby with us. My son had to sleep on top of the covers as when he pulled the blankets back the sheets were stained. We had to check out 2 days early as the conditions were not satisfactory. we were afraid to touch anything. I would like some kind of compensation as in a refund for the two days we did not stay there. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

The staff here was great, very kind and friendly. The beds were quite comfortable, and the rooms are in decent shape. However, the facility itself has a terrible odor. The hallways smell of various smoked substances, and our room smelled like folks had smoked in it for so many years that there was no getting the scent out. As much as they are trying to keep this facility in reasonable repair, unless you are nose blind or a smoker, it's going to be difficult to overcome.

For the price this is a good place to stay, the room was clean, a/c worked great, bed was comfy. Property is on a dead end road so no back and forth traffic. Hotel is dated but you get what you pay for and like i said for the price it was a win on a two night stay. Would stay again.
