It was not the greatest motel. It was clean and quiet. I read the reviews before staying and people mentioned about cockroaches, I did not see any at all. Only bug I saw the whole time was a stinkbug but those are literally everywhere. Parking lot could be redone but still a nice property.

I was very impressed with the clean room with a firm bed and soft pillows. Incredibly comfortable stay and very close to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping. The motel is tucked away near a dead end and was quiet. I saved a considerable amount through my Expedia membership, which made this property very affordable. They offer weekly rates also that is worth considering if necessary. Overall, very happy with my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Knights Inn in Franklin, OH. I liked that the room was carpeted, but I wished the room and bathroom had a lighter wall color. The bed was soft and cozy.

We didn’t even stay, front desk lady was very rude, she tried to over charge us asking for extra $50 in cash only , went to room and it was totally disgusting, stink bug on bed and no bedding but a dirty sheet, this place should be shut down

That place was so dirty and when I told the lady that I booked with hotels.com and she rolled her eyes and then went and got her son and then went and got the dad and he said I had to pay 50.00 cash and they would return it to me when I was leaving if I didn’t tear up the room. I book with hotels.com all the time and have never had any problems. They was mad because I booked with Hotels.com. I am very appreciative that they did refund my money because I was not going to stay in that place. It was 10:30pm when I went to check in. It was not a good place to be that late at night.

Room was filthy and had holes in the wall. Was supposed to be non smoking but was smoking. No lightbulbs, bugs everywhere and the room smelled so bad. They have refused to refund money. Did not stay and immediately asked for a refund. The manager said he would but I had to talk to Expedia. I spoke to Expedia and they said he refused to return my money and there is nothing they could do. I am furious at the hotel and at Expedia. I will never use there service again. We drove home that night exhausted instead of staying another day.

You get what you pay for. Staff was pleasant enough but the room was in horrific condition. Never gave a bad review in my life because I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this was beyond dirty. Looks like some kind of construction/renovation was going on but our room was flat out neglected not only in maintenance but also cleanliness. We only slept in the room so we decided to bite the bullet and stay but I slept fully clothed.

Don't do it!
Easily the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. I was trying to save a few bucks and it was the cheapest in the area. Most of the rooms appeared to be occupied by permeant residents. Trash everywhere & poorly maintained, Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

I did not stay! As soon as I went to the room, I went back to the desk and checked out! Holes in the door, toilet paper on the floor, spiders in and on the microwave. Stains on the bed and couch! It was disgusting!

The desk clerk was nice and location was convenient. However..the first room I was put in..the toilet was full of human waste..tried flushing.. overflowed everywhere..left room immediately so didn't check out anything else.. received another room.. pulled in a person was at my car window asking for money and cigarettes.. scared me but I obliged...went in second room toilet was full of human waste again..flushed and had to leave due to paying for tickets to see a show which I was running late for as it was..after show came back..checked place out.. besides the waste in toilet..very dirty.. trash in trash can..towels were crunchy and dirty..needless to say I got no shower..hand soap was opened and used..there was roaches in bathroom as well if anywhere else..lighting was poor so I couldn't see very well..loud banging all night..Drove approximately two hours and had a miserable experience..no sleep due to the roaches..dirty..no shower and noise..had to stay only because I was extremely tired and not familiar with the area..All in all a waste of my money and time..I'm usually not a negative reviewer for the most part but this literally made me sick.

Adequate for the price and rating
Single night stay. No microwave, coffee pit, or TV remote, but the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff were polite but not overly friendly. Worth the budget price and as to be expected for the star level of the hotel.
