"The Hamlet Inn in Warwick, NY, was simple and satisfactory last night. No fancy furniture that I didn’t need. Just a wheelchair and a folding lawn chair. But the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the air conditioning worked, and the microwave heated the leftover coffee from my thermos and warmed and softened a Long Island bagel. The price was considerably less than I thought I had signed up for."

"Nikki was fantastic at the check-in area! Very helpful and welcoming, and made the process super easy and fun. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and it was wonderful! It was very clean, updated and the little touches (towel folds, amenities, instructions) and the updated decor truly make this a worthwhile place to be. One comment is that it was tough to find a free outlet-- maybe the room would benefit from a mini power strip. Otherwise 10/10!"

"Booked 2 rooms for a famiy weekend getaway in my wife and I old hometown. Rooms were clean and updated. Had a microwave and ratger large mini fridge. Bed was a little firm for my taste but still comfortable. Good television selection with many channels. Definitely would stay here again."

"This place may look acceptable from a distance, since it's near other modern, developed businesses. But this place is an oasis of run-down businesses. It appears that most of this place is inhabited by people who live there long-term. Staying there will be offensive to all your senses: Sight: The grounds are filled with litter, and buildings are not maintained. Everything down to the lampshades is old and shabby and badly in need of replacement. Sound: Long-term residents play music loudly....

"Outside is in rough shape and could use some love, but the rooms themselves are clean and nice. The text-to-check in system is a bit weird and I wish there was a more traditional front desk. The office is physically there, so I wonder if it was a Covid / cost casualty "
