Good house with some caveats
Overall, this rental was good. The beds are very comfortable. Check in was easy. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked for a rental. The sheets and towels are pretty good quality. Our group enjoyed the ping pong. The terrible wifi and the lack of ability to effectively contact the company with no cell service or wifi were the big issues for our family. We had a leaking dishwasher and a locked bathroom (upon arrival) and no good way to contact them to let them know. Once we sort of made a good enough connection, no one was able to come out in time for our rental period.

Clean and spacious getaway for our family
Our family enjoyed our stay at this house! It was very private, stocked with all that we needed, and the beds were quite comfortable. Everything was very clean! Just a minor thing to be aware of, the wifi is not reliable at all, but I not sure there is anything the owners could do about that. All in all, it was a nice house and we would gladly stay there again.

Amazing Mountain
We stayed last year with a friend and loved it so much we wanted to come again and it did not fell to impress. The owners keep improving the stay. Now ping pong in the game room that my husband and kids play all night long. And so many outdoor games that are to many to list. I will say playing catch with my daughter was my favorite seeing it’s been so long. We are definitely coming back

We decided to go on a last minutes vacation on a Thursday, we booked Top of the Mountain, and left Friday morning. This was perfect for us! Many things in the home look to be brand new, beds, tables, bar stools, sheets, towels, kitchen items etc. The beds were super comfortable, which is a huge win!!!! We forgot coffee, so it was a huge blessing when we saw their coffee bar with k-cups. :) They had several spices, we didn't do much cooking, but I did notice them. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in each shower....the dispenser ones that are on the shower wall. They also had little samples of each in each of the bathrooms. There were a few dishwasher packets, laundry packets, and dish soap also. I know some places we have been do not provide those, so we were thankful. We have 3 kids, the outside area was great for the kids to play and explore. The house sits at the end of the road, so we never had to worry about anyone driving by. They also had an outdoor fire pit, we cooked hotdogs a couple nights, it was super fun to sit outside and enjoy the cool weather. There was a pile of wood there, I think to use, we did. :) It was fall when we went and the house was decorated with cute pumpkins and other fall decor. :) The house is surrounded by trees, the leaves were beautiful when we were there. The one tricky part is...it was a long code to get in the lock box, and unfortunately, if the door shuts it automatically locks. My husband and I were outside the next morning (without our phones with the code), 2 of our kids came running outside and closed the door...therefore, locking us all out. My 3rd child, was inside, he is special needs and doesn't understand how to open a door, nor does he understand danger. Thankfully, we had car keys and drove to a neighbor's house, who was super nice and let us use her internet so we could get on our email and get the code. So, just be careful about closing the door or make sure you memorize the code. :) Last, I believe they have satellite for internet. It is a little slower than we are used to, but it works. They also have satellite for TV. A couple times we were not able to get watch TV because it wouldn't load. We would definitely stay at this place again. It was perfect for a family of 5, both indoors and outdoors, it exactly what we needed for the week.

And we didnt get there till dark there was no l8ghtening to the door to see to put code un other then that we enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful.

Family time at mountaintop
I had the best time there with my daughters, their husbands, daughters, my kid sister and my four legged grandson ( party of 9 ) We all fell in love with the house, love that kitchen and back porch, well the entire house actually. One of the best part was waking up early in the morning and enjoying that cup of coffee on that porch on the rocking chairs listening to the birds chirping and watching the humming birds. The only problem is phone service is horrible but is the entire area, I was only able to find better phone connection in the master bedroom and because it’s a pet friendly home Not everyone makes sure their pets are well groomed. But I will Definitely be making a future reservation at this property again.

Nice large home in Franklin.
This is a nice large home in Franklin that is very comfortable and modern in design and furnishings. Ample room to spread out and we loved the back deck for enjoying the birds, fireflies, deer, etc. Kitchen is semi-well equipped with the basics you need but bring unique items with you, ie. blender, cast iron, Keurig coffee pods. There is an air fryer and the stove is gas, which we liked. We really enjoyed the back deck with bird feeders (bring your own seed) and the downstairs game/kids area for ping pong and darts. We did need to wash some sheets and floor rugs upon arrival. The internet is intermittent at best and cannot be relied on for normal TV and internet. The back up generator came on several times per day and was a little loud while running. Probably needs an adjustment or maintenance but that is a feature that is good to have in this area. The front door lock is difficult to use and should be changed out by the property manager.

Large pet friendly family home.
Large comfortable home. Huge covered deck. View is of the woods, not really the mountains. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return sometime. Would be amazing in the fall when the leaves are turning.
