"My partner and I came by train from Los Angeles. Meanwhile my son and his familydrove from Atlanta. We met there in New Iberia where my son grew up. The location was ideal, the lodgings delightful, and Mickey was a most attentive host. My son was allowed to bring his dog, a 14 year old mix breed and that relieved a lot of stress for the family. "This was one of the best vacations ever. The host are wonderful, you will not find anyone more friendly than Bernard and Gail. We will be going again for sure."

"This was a beautiful, peaceful, perfect place for our adult children to stay in, that came into town for a long weekend for our wedding. It has two separate cottages perfect to have separate, space. But also has an adjoining screened back porch over looking the bayou, that we used to have a Louisiana Friday family night of gumbo, with a fire pit and visiting. The property owners were gracious enough, that they let us use the grounds and property for pre-wedding photos. It was an amazing weekend....

"This is a very clean and comfortable fishing camp perfect for trips to Marsh Island and around Vermilion Bay. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space. Porch areas are spacious and the boat wharf is enough room for two 22' bay boats. We'll definitely be repeating this trip!"
