Hairs on the bathroom walls and stains in the toilet from the last guest. Everything looks quite a bit used. Receiptionist not there for checkin and checkout and needed to be called.

Great despite poor internet.
Absolutely excellent hotel. Clean, confortable, good breakfast. Only issue was the internet was terribly slow. Some colleagues were unable to connect. Not a problem if you have wifi, but be warned.

Once there we found the front desk help and support to be extremely good ! The hotel was convenient to our business needs in the area. I wish the wi-fi was better, the AC stronger but the hotel and price met expectations.

Great experience
I had a great experience at this hotel! The check-in was smooth, even 4 hours earlier than expected. They offer free water and coffee all, accessible all the day, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location made it easy to get around the city.

It’s super close the Messe Frankfurt, short walk, but other than that a bit away from anything. The wifi didn’t work in my room at all, and dropped out frequently even in reception. Basic hotel, and it’s Frankfurt so $$

I left the property as I did not want to wait six hours for a receptionist to turn up. I paid the extra day and no one told me I one was working in the hotel until the afternoon . Libby was filthy to waiting. Unacceptable: so I lost my entire stay/money. Also location awful and in the middle of nowhere . ZERO stars

If you have allergies - give them a call!
No accomodations for anyone with allergies to down-filled pillows and duvets. My request via hotels.com did not get through in advance and so the night auditor did his best to find appropriate bedding for me but came up short. In the end, I slept with two mattress covers, one folded up as the pillow and one as my duvet. He helped me put the covers on, so I got a good look at the state of the mattress and bedding. It wasn't horrible but not particularly clean either. So really not ideal overall for people with allergies.

Shower constantly went from hot to cold. AC did not work. Towels in the room had stains and the cost was extremely high due to the show. Fixed some of the issues for my second night only to have the fire alarm go off at 6am. I would not stay here again.

AC doesnt work. Wouldnt stay here again
Newish hotel, had a few fancy tricks up its sleeve with changable light colour panels in the room. That was about the only good thing about this place, other than staff member Julian, who tried his absolute best to get the AC to work, even cleaning our room’s AC filter. The hotel’s AC didnt work in either of our rooms and the noise from the trains, traffic and construction kept us up all night. Hotel is close to two train stations but seems to operate with a skeleton staff most of the day
Pretzel sat here for three days. Hope he didnt need AC

I stayed there for 4 nights , first 2 nights no body come here to clean the room so I went to the reception then someone cleaned, and The check out time is 12 clock, they keep woke me up since 9 am every 30 mins for 5 times , what is your problem?

Great for short stays
The staffs were really friendly. Although the check in was at 3, they prepared my room and gave the room 2 hours earlier. The room was clean and bright, everything was new in the room, beds were comfortable, bathroom was well cleaned. One of the problems was the hot water during showering that was getting hot and cold, the other thing that made me surprised was repairing the walls and the floors at the reception floor of the hotel which made the guests uncomfortable for passing through the hotel lobby.
