Ich blieb drei Nächte und hatte ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Fahrstuhls. Selbst spät in der Nacht und früh am Morgen konnte ich deutlich hören, wie Leute kamen und gingen, und der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Ich bat das Hotel, mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, und das Hotel versprach, sich zu koordinieren und mir eine E-Mail zu schicken, aber nachdem ich einen ganzen Tag gewartet hatte, gab es immer noch keine Nachricht. Das einzig Gute war, dass der Kühlschrank funktionierte.

I thought Alen and his people did a great job helping me, when I visited my son who is working in Frankfurt. My son also lives there and it is working out nicely. Great manager and staff is the big thing. And, it shows.

We loved the cosy apartment. The on-site admin staff is great! Room cleaning is weekly and the quality of cleaning was poor in both cases. We had some maintenance issues which quickly resolved when reported. We continued and extended our stay.

Für 3 Leute reserviert, dennoch nur 2 decken und Polster, da Samstag niemand Vorort oder per Telefon erreichbar. Lautstärke ist die absolute HÖLLE. Die Wände sind gefühlt nicht existent und man kann absolut alles und jeden im 10m Radius hören. Vor allem im Erdgeschoss eine absolute KATASTROPHE da man alle 5 Minuten die Leute gehen hört oder die Eingangstüre aufgeht

Easy and clean, close to Frankfurt Messe
Easy check in, clean and nice room with everything i needed for a short stay at a fair price compared to regular hotels. Close to the Frankfurt Messe so it's a good choice when visiting an exibithion. Several restaurants close by as well.

Digitaal inloggen alles in het engels of duits, eenmaal ingelogd met een pasje de deuren openen. Appartement was wat klein en bed ook en stond in een hoek. Komplete keuken met servies en 4 delig bestek. 1 stoel en tafel en een houten bank en kast Douche en toilet goed, handoeken moet je met QR code bestellen maar geen probleem personeel erg vriendelijk Parkeren voor de deur tram op loopafstand mooi freibad op 1900 meter. Verder geen vertier wel een pizzaria en Thaise restaurant

Achtung, keine Klimaanlage!
+ Verkehrsgünstig im Frankfurter Westen gelegen, Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke, Westbahnhof ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß + nüchtern und zweckmäßig, aber recht neu eingerichtet inkl kleiner küchenzeile. - Keine Klimaanlage, daher im Sommet keine Option! Zimmer im 5. Stock zur Straße, offene Fenster brachten kaum Abkühlung. - Extrem nervtötender Self Service Check-In, bei dem man mutterseelenallein minutenlang auf einem viel zu kleinen Terminal herumtippt und am Ende doch keine Rechnung erhält. - Schlaf bei offenem Fenster nur mit Ohropax, da trotz Nebenstraße bis in die Nacht viele Autos, die halten, Türen knallen, Menschen unterhalten sich sehr laut, komisches Volk vor der Türe. - Warum in der Dusche keinerlei Ablagen für Seife, Shampoo etc sind, weiß wohl nur die Innenarchitektin. Da es auch keine Spender gibt, hab ich dann alles ums Eck auf dem Klo abgelegt. - Die Dusche flutet mangels Tür zwangsläufig das Bad. Bei nur einer Nacht nicht schlimm, wenn man hier aber länger wohnt, stelle ich mir das lästig vor

Very good qualiity appartments. Automated checkin wirks fine. Modern good finishes Some minor points: no ironing board, not even in the laundary room. Tthe blanket is really small and thin. The shower overfllows even with carefull use.

Es war sauber. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir für zwei Nächte auch Nespresso-Kapseln für wenigstens einen Kaffee pro morgen und Person gehabt hätten. Nächstes mal nehmen wir welche mit. Ansonsten alles gut. Zimmer war sauber, Restaurants haben wir auch zu Fuss errreicht. Gerne wieder. Toilette war verstopft! Das war eher mühsam.
