"We were greeted by the staff member who was very sweet and walked us through the lobby and restaurant, as well as the after hours entry just so we could find our way. In addition, it’s a very easy walk to the town center and very convenient. They also provided a treat for my dog which she loved. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return."

"The room was spacious and the beds were great. It was really clean and staff was kind and gentle. The breakfast was excellent and generous. The hotel has parking spots reserved for hotel guess just beside it. It is only 10 min walking to old town!!!"

"My husband and I, along with our kids ages 16 & 18, stayed at the hotel for one night during our road trip through Germany in May 2023. It’s been almost 2 years now and our family still talks about this hotel. We arrived later than expected but the staff were fantastic. They gave us a section right off of the kitchen. We absolutely LOVED it. We cannot wait to return and will be requesting the same sleeping quarters. "

"The stay was pleasant. We especially like the location and the balcony in the room. The only let down was that they do not provide water and a kettle in the room. And let check-in was a little tricky as they did not mention to enter via side door. "

"큰 기대 없이 당일에 예약하고 갔는데 너무너무 좋았습니다. 천정이 높고 침대는 편하고 발코니로 나갈 수 있고 창을 열면 숲이 보이고 화장실은 작은 듯 하나 환기가 잘 되어 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 여유롭고 깔끔했습니다. 로텐부르크 관광만큼 호텔 구경이 흥미로웠는데 꼭대기층에 채플과 도서관(영화속에 나올법한 공간이었어요)이 있었고, 층마다 로비랄까 살롱이랄까 앉아서 커피를 마실 공간이 방들보다 훨씬 크게 준비되어 있었습니다. 그리고 숙박을 하면 근처의 온천/사우나/수영장을 무료로 이용할 수 있는데 그 곳에는 파노라마라고 큰 창으로 바깥 풍경을 보면서 사우나를 할 수 있는 곳이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 너무 좋으셨어요. 제가 묻는 것마다 친절하고 자세히 답을 해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 시내로 가는 계단을 오르는 것이 아주 조금 힘들었지만 숲 속 산책을 한다 생각하면 할만합니다. 하루밖에 머물지 못한 것이 아쉽고 다음번에는 일주일정도, 푹 쉬는 데만 집중하며 머물고 싶다고...

"Good location on the edge of the old town, right near the wall. Safe and convenient. Rooms were decent, clean enough, pretty basic. Staff was not friendly nor helpful, unwilling to give us basic space for our family to gather outside our rooms (3 rooms for 4 nights, thought that might warrant using an empty table in an empty room of the restaurant, but not allowed even when restaurant empty). "Really nice period hotel upgraded. Inside the city wall close to everything. Wish we spent at least another full day in the city. Had a blast here, hotel breakfast was fantastic. 10 minute walk from train station, no need for a car unless you pack a large suitcase. Would definitely go back "

"This historic hotel is truly one of a kind! It’s the oldest in the area and has been beautifully renovated. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in the charming and spacious attic suite, and we absolutely loved it! We loved this hotel so much that we even bought a miniature clay building of it as a souvenir. We highly recommend this hotel, and when we get the chance to visit the area again, we will definitely stay here once more!"

"Myself, husband, sister, and two children (9 and 10) spent 5 fantastic nights in this apartment and it was a highlight of our 11 day trip to Germany. Rothenburg is more beautiful than any of the photos I’ve ever seen and this apartment was a perfect complement to our time here. It’s very centrally located to everything and has so much historical charm while being very comfortable.
