"Cassie was incredible. I've had a horrendous couple of months and really needed a night away. I signed in with shaking hands and anxious babbling. She responded with patience, kindness, understanding and offered me a cookie. My room was lovely. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The parking spot was right outside my room. The housekeeper was outside but didn’t interrupt me while I was preparing to leave. She gave me time to pack up and check to ensure I was leaving with everything I came with. The customer service couldn't have been better. I stay here every year and they always seem happy and grateful to see the massive group of us (our sports group usually books most of the hotel) despite the fact some of us are not "

" This charming home was the perfect little getaway for the 5 of us. The hottub was wonderful in the snowfall! There is a lot more to the Blairmore area than we thought…nice shopping, great dining and some nice walking trails.Communication with Sebastian was prompt and easy..will definitely consider this as a place to stay in the future."
