"They wrote at the last second to say that something was wrong with the perperty and that they booked us a room at the b&b Room 22. What was I going to say? I was already on the way. Then at Room 22, there was only one little window that face a courtyard and the shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. The room itself was clean and the toilet worked if you tapped on it feom time to time. Overall, not what I was expecting or paid for."

"I loved this place. The room was just fine, but what made the difference was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. Das Geschirr war für 2 Personen sehr knapp, keine Schüssel für warme Speisen, kein Messer für Gemüse oder Fleisch, sondern nur 2 gezackte Essmesser und ein unbrauchbares Brotmesser. "On arrival our property manager only spoke Italian and we sadly cannot speak the language so comms was tricky. The property owner (Marco) was amazing at helping to resolve a few issues though. First the good things. The house IS lovely and spacious with a really nice outside pool and cooking area. The beds were all clean and the house was pretty clean and tidy. The 'gardens' are a bit scruffy and untidy but that's not really a problem. Pool area was clean although the pool did have some leaves...

"From the warm welcome, the fresh produce on arrival, and the villa itself, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Europe. A very special thanks to our hosts for their assistance with planning trips and organising transport, which added to the relaxed experience we had on their amazing property. Our 2 young children loved the pool and collecting eggs from the chickens, and the locally produced wine available for purchase was delicious 😋 Highly recommended, would not hesitate to stay...
