The house, on the first floor of a condominium with lift, is composed of a beautiful living area with sofa, TV and desk for work, a fully equipped open kitchen which has a gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine coffee, moka, various utensils and dining table; From the living area there is access to a large balcony (with adjoining storage room which includes the washing machine) with an awning where it is also possible to eat.
In the sleeping area we find a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers; a bedroom with a single bed and desk, which can also be used as an office. In the complete bathroom there is a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.
There is a hot/cold air split in the living area, while in the double bedroom there is a ceiling fan.

We recommend entering the apartment from Via Dei Marruccini as there is car parking. On Via dei Frentani there is only pedestrian access. For the navigator, enter Via dei Marrucini 43, go forward 5 meters and enter the car park. The apartment is located on the first floor in the second condominium on the left.
