Lovely hotel, brand new, perfect base for exploring the Iguazu falls and surrounding area. Rooms are simple and a bit on the small side but it's clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

The hotel was basically new, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to a major shopping centre and a longer, but pleasant, walk to the main street.

There was no record of our booking. They put us initially in a room with no linen on the bed. Next they put us in a room with an air conditioner that didn’t work. Finally we got a decent room but the safe didn’t work and the maintenance man couldn’t make it work. So sorry we booked there. Breakfast was just ok. Can’t understand the 9,4 rating. You can’t trust the ratings it seems. We are experienced travelers and rarely complain but I just had to warn future potential guests

Roupa de cama e toalhas do hotel precisam serem atualizada, os lençóis pareciam uma lixa. O quarto é espaçoso, o chuveiro era ruim e além disso no nosso último dia de hospedagem a água quente não funcionava, vários hóspedes reclamaram e o atendente ainda zombou da cara de um deles. Café da manhã ruim.
