Fomos assaltados na recepção do hotel, levaram nossos pertences, não recebemos nenhum apoio do proprietário, fomos feitos de bobos pois ficamos muitas horas esperando posicionamento da gerência diante do ocorrido. Acabamos indo embora. Quartos sujos, descarga do banheiro do nosso quarto não funcionava, roupas de cama horríveis, etc.

Sempre que chego nesse hotel, eles nao recebem a informaçao de pagamento antecipado, me constrangendo e pedindo para acertar a estadia.
