Fui ao Foz a negócios e passei 5 dias no Hotel Arterial. Da terça para a quarta começou a chover de madrugada e começou a pingar em cima de mim e na minha cama no meio da madrugada. Após o ocorrido fui pedir um novo quarto e quando fui trocado ele estava sem energia.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso. A localização é boa. A conservação do quarto e limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O ar-condicionado precisa uma manutenção urgente. Das 5 diárias que fiquei no hotel o meu quarto foi feito limpeza apenas uma vez porque solicitado.

Foi péssima recepcionista mal educado queria me cobrar mais diárias. Quartos sujos sem travesseiro se toalhas de banho não eram limpos funcionários muito muito mal educados pior hospedagem em toda minha vida Meus pais idosos fora tratados mal, camas com colchões muito velhos se troca de lesões Muito chateado pela estrutura

Hotel ok para o valor pago e a necessidade. A única reclamação fica do fato de deixar DUAS Tv´s ligadas com volume alto durante o café da manhã. Extremamente desagradável ficar com aquela TV. Melhor o silencio ou uma musica ambiente apenas.

Viajei de férias com minha família, porém o hotel não tem conforto, as camas são dura, lençóis encardido e manchado, toalhas já bem usada e algumas furada, quarto pequeno, café da manhã simples. Pra quem procura só um lugar para ficar para dois dias, é bom. No meu caso, queria descansar, a dormida foi péssima por conta das camas, ar-condicionado funcionava só quando ligava, depois parava de gelar é só pingava água, comunicação por duas vezes na recepção, não foi resolvido. Fichei cinco diárias! Não pretendo me hospedar novamente no hotel.
