"May not suit everyone, but if you want a very quiet, relaxed time, this is perfect. The cabin was superb, with everything you need. No TV, and that was fine. The owners were lovely, Stan and Ienke were gentle souls who were always on hand. The satnav. did not take us directly to the camp, but it was easy to find. Beautiful cycling area. Would definitely go there again. This is a place of quiet and peace, a place to unwind. It has a wildness about it that is endearing."

"Travel (from the US) required by company (30 days); needed a place not too far from Leeuwarden. Location: Commuting between cities/towns (Gronigen, Leeuwarden, Marum...etc) was easy and relaxing. Nice rural settings on local roads, suburban and urban narrow roads require astute attention. Supermarkets 5-20 minutes away. Be aware, some supermarkets do not accept credit cards. "Na wat kleine opstartproblemen met de verwarming (koud weekend in feb.) maar goede hulp van de eigenaresse hebben we volop kunnen genieten van rust, comfort, mooie natuur en een zeer compleet huisje. Goede matrassen, fijne douche.Het vakantiepark was nu nog in aanbouw."
