I feel the staff is always very welcoming. And I love the 28 lounge. It’s really nice and the people there are also really good and very competent and helpful. They even offer free coffee in the morning and it was really good and their breakfast buffet is also very good. My only complaint would be that in our room. We had no hand soap and it seemed like it wasn’t really stocked very well. Usually you get like a shampoo and a conditioner and a lotion or a toothpaste and a little bar of soap at least wash your hands and maybe a mouthwash. They did have shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as a soap. But we couldn’t get it out of there, and we didn’t want to break it. That would be my only complaint. Also, I think it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, but where they have very good coffee downstairs that shouldn’t be an issue. All in all I really like staying there

Was given a disabled access room when not booked. Hotel posted a sign that they would charge $60 valet parking for our stay when it previously showed free onsite parking. Air conditioner was very load when in operation.
