"We stayed for a week and had an incredible time. The area is very quiet and quaint, perfect for walks around the surrounding areas or just relaxing by the pool. On-site barbecue was great as we used the every evening. Rooms were cool, clean and had everything we needed. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Grange. Peter was a lovely host, charming with good knowledge of the local area. The house accommodated us well, with a well equipped large kitchen, ample crockery and kitchen implements, a large dining table and two fridges plus freezer. Plenty of room for the children to play. The pool was large and an excellent place to sunbathe, perfect for floating under the beautiful blue sky. Safe for the children with a self-closing gate, and the most beautiful views...

"J ai réservé en instantané et le lendemain la personne m a dit que le logement n était pas disponible. Elle n a pas annulé ma réservation et j ai été débitée. Je trouve qu il y a un grand manque de rigueur et de respect. De plus j avais réserve ce bien pour des obsèques et je n avais pas besoin d une autre contrariété...... La personne qui loue ce bien ne s est même pas excusée !!!! A éviter ......."

Nous avons l'habitude de partir ensemble pour nos déplacements sportifs mais jamais nous avons vu un équipement aussi complet... "Fantastic house and location. Everything we wanted in a gite; rural feeling but close enough to the village to walk for bread in the morning, great outside space with shaded outside dining area and lovely pool, good indoor space with very welcome air con in the bedrooms. We’ve stayed in lots of gites in France and this is one of the best. "

The farmhouse is big; set in green grounds but isolated - too far to walk into Aiguillon. A petrol station and a supermarket are a short drive.
