"This is a beautiful place in a beautiful spot. The only thing to criticize was the lack of communication with the host. We arrived at the apartment with no information of how to enter. Unfortunately, our US phone was not able to call Vrbo and we were stuck. Fortunately, at about the same time, people staying next door arrived. They were able to make the phone call and get us in all well after that! You will enjoy!"

"Stayed in Cergy for 4 nights with family. The apartment was decent but the foul smell in stairs made coming in and leaving the apartment absolutely miserable. It smells like there are dead animals rotting specially close to second floor. Stairs and hallways are unsanitary. Having no lift makes it difficult with luggages. "We were greeted warmly. Our host Pascal helped with getting our luggage up to the second floor apartment, third in the US. The apartment was roomy, very clean with a fantastic view of the river. There was a lovely linear park along the river with a pathway that we could walk on to get to the town center. Vernon was a nice city itself and it afforded easy access to historic sites outside the city. The museum in Vernon was well worth a visit. We very much enjoyed our stay."
