It smells like there are dead animals rotting specially close to second floor. Stairs and hallways are unsanitary. Having no lift makes it difficult with luggages. "The owner of the property never responded so I had to scramble to find another place for a 14 day stay. I came from the United States for the Olympics. This trip was planned last year.
