Charming studio of 35 m2 Garden and terrace

In Fouras, a charming seaside resort, we offer for seasonal rental a pleasant renovated studio of 35 m2. You will appreciate the proximity of the beaches (600 m from the north and south beaches), the city center (1,2) and the supermarket (300m).
The apartment is on the ground floor of a small residence of 6 apartments, which has also been renovated as a whole.
The studio is furnished and equipped and is composed as follows:
- a living room with sofa bed (slatted base and comfort mattress)
- fitted and equipped quince kitchen
- a bathroom (large shower, washing machine, sink and WC)
There is also a terrace and a patio. The parking is at the foot of the residence. Baby equipment (high chair and cot with comfort mattress) can be provided free of charge.

Très bon séjour passé à Fouras. L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol, le canapé lit dont le sommier a vécu.
